Ways you can personalise the funeral
We believe every funeral should be personal and meaningful. We help you choose the service that feels right for you and your family.

Type of Funeral
Whether you choose a traditional burial or a respectful cremation, we’re here to help you arrange a service that feels right for you. We also offer non-religious and humanist funerals, creating a meaningful farewell that truly celebrates a life lived.
If you’d like an environmentally conscious option, we can guide you through green funeral choices, including biodegradable coffins and natural burials. Whatever you decide, we’ll be with you every step of the way.
Coffins & Caskets
Choosing the right coffin or casket is an important part of creating a meaningful farewell.
We offer a wide selection, from simple traditional designs to beautifully crafted bespoke options. For families who prefer an eco-friendly choice, we also provide biodegradable and sustainably sourced coffins.
Whatever you have in mind, our team will guide you through all the options with care and understanding, ensuring your loved one’s wishes and personality are reflected in every detail.

Flowers & Tributes
Flowers can bring comfort and beauty to any funeral, expressing love and remembrance in a way words sometimes cannot. We can help you choose floral arrangements that feel personal, whether that’s a simple bouquet, a traditional wreath, or something unique that reflects your loved one’s passions.
We work closely with trusted local florists to ensure every tribute is fresh and thoughtfully arranged, bringing a touch of natural beauty to the day.
Vehicles
The final journey is an important part of saying goodbye. Our fleet includes Daimler and Jaguar hearses and limousines, all chauffeur driven with sufficient bearers to ensure everything runs smoothly. Each limousine seats up to six passengers, allowing family and friends to travel together in comfort.
For something more personal, we can arrange a range of specialist vehicles - from elegant black or white horse-drawn hearses to unique options like motorcycle, tractor, vintage lorry, Land Rover, VW camper, Morris Minor hearses, or even our classic 1980s Daimler hearse. Whatever you choose, we’ll ensure it’s handled with care and respect.

Music & Recording Services
Music, readings and personal tributes are at the heart of creating a meaningful farewell.
Whether you’d like traditional hymns, a favourite song, or a unique piece that reflects your loved one’s personality, we can help you choose what feels right.
Whether you’d like traditional hymns, a favourite song, or a unique piece that reflects your loved one’s personality, we can help you choose what feels right.
We can advise on a visual tribute which is where photos are set to a piece of music of your choice. This can bring a lot of personality to a service.
For family and friends who can’t attend in person, we can also arrange for the service to be live-streamed or recorded, ensuring everyone can be part of the celebration, wherever they are.
Function Room & Catering
After the funeral service, many families choose to gather together to share memories and celebrate their loved one’s life.
We offer a function room within our own funeral home in Sutton Coldfield, with seating for up to 60 guests and space for up to 110. For smaller gatherings, we also have a private room suitable for 20 people or fewer. Both spaces have disabled access for your convenience.
We can also help you arrange catering to suit your wishes, liaising with external caterers.
For more details please don’t hesitate to ask. We’re here to make this part of the day as smooth and comforting as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can a funeral be arranged?
After registration of the death has occured, it depends on availability of the place of service and your families choice. This could be from one week from date of registration, but usually it is two weeks onwards.
Do you offer eco-friendly funerals?
Yes — we’re happy to discuss green options such as biodegradable coffins and woodland burials.
Can I personalise the service?
Of course, you can personalise the service. We offer a range of choices - music, flowers and any personal touches like live streaming of the service and a visual tribute.
Do we have to use your function rooms for the wake?
Not at all — the choice is completely yours. Many families like the convenience of using our on-site function rooms, but we’re equally happy to help you arrange a wake at your home, a local hotel, golf club or any other venue that feels right for your family. We often recommend local venues like Moor Hall Hotel & Spa or Aston Wood Golf Club.
